At TransConnect we’re simplifying car transport across Europe. Dealers get an instant price for their transport request. When they agree? Then it’s auctioned to 2,500+ carriers. We’re growing fast (Deloitte Fast 50 #20 with 576% growth) and looking for talent ready to make an impact. Join a dynamic, informal and creative marketing team within our tech-company, where work gets done, and having fun is part of it (darts, Fifa, Pinball included).

Your role and impact:

As a Content Marketing Intern you’ll join our international content team (3 people) and from day one you’ll roll up your sleeves. You’ll write website copy, blogs, social content, support email campaigns, brainstorm new formats and collaborate with designers, social specialists and brand marketers in multiple European markets. Your work helps tell our story and fuels our growth.
You’ll have the freedom to pitch ideas and build campaigns, your output will matter.

What you bring:

You are following a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Journalism (or a comparable field)
You have a passion for writing, a strong sense of language, and a creative mind
You are curious, social, and not afraid to share your ideas
Affninity with social media, design, and content formats is a plus
You are eager to learn and work well both in a team and independently
Experience is great, but motivation defeinitely counts too.

A 20-week hands-on internship, 32 to 40 hours per week, starting September 2026, located in Zwolle (next to the train station).

About TransConnect
We make car transport smarter. Our platform enables car dealers to receive an instant price quote for transporting their newly purchased vehicles. Accept the quote? Then the job is automatically auctioned to more than 2,500 transporters. Fully digital, fast, and scalable. We’re growing at high speed, Deloitte Fast 50: #20, 576% growth… just saying.

Your role and impact:

As a CRM Marketing Intern, you’ll strengthen our Marketing team and work directly in our CRM (HubSpot). You’ll help streamline processes, improve data quality, and ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, sales and partner management.

No coffee runs, no basic Excel lists, you're fully involved in marketing automation, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth.

What will you do?

Working in our CRM to optimize data, workflows, and processes
Contributing ideas for smart automations and improvements in the customer journey
Testing, documenting, and fine-tuning new processes
Working on projects together with marketing, sales, and IT
Assisting ad hoc with ongoing growth projects

What will you learn?

Working with HubSpot (experience is a plus, not a requirement)
How marketing, sales, and tech collaborate across a unified funnel
How to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
How to design and automate smart workflows
What it’s like to operate in a fast-growing scale-up with plenty of room to make an impact

What you bring:

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Commercial Economics, Marketing, Data, Business)
You are analytical, curious, and detail-oriented
You enjoy improving systems and processes
You’re not afraid to ask questions and you learn quickly
You don’t need to know everything already, motivation outweighs experience!

What you get:

An internship allowance of €350 per month
Additionally, a free daily lunch together with the entire company
You’ll join an informal, creative marketing team of seven people
You’ll have the freedom (and responsibility) to take ownership of your work
You’ll work in an office equipped with pinball, darts, FIFA, and table football
Your ideas truly matter, if you pitch something good, you’ll get to run with it
You’ll learn every day from experienced marketers who will guide and mentor you
You’ll work right next to Zwolle station, making the location highly accessible.
